The Mid-Atlantic Hub is pleased to host its annual meeting on October 27-28 at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Please note, the annual meeting will be primarily in-person with a limited virtual attendance option. Zoom meeting details will be provided to registrants who indicate their virtual attendance preference. The specific meeting location on campus will be noted here as meeting details are finalized.
Please note, organizations new to the Mid-Atlantic Hub will be charged an initiation/registration fee of $200.

- Hear about AF/SF needs in its two technical thrust areas of Qualifying Performance in Extreme Environments and Complex Systems Modeling. Learn about potential new technical thrusts in Edge Computing and opportunities within the Space Force.
- Learn how other AF/SF efforts synergize with the Hub, including presentations from AFWERX, SPACEWERX and NEXTFLEX.
- Enjoy extended networking sessions, in the spirit of Building Community, with an audience that includes members from the AF and SF research community, venture and investment community, students, academic research and innovation programs, regional startup companies and corporate partners.
- Find out how your startup or company can engage and explore needs with the AF/SF science and technology community.
- Learn about the Hub’s translational funding and partnering programs that converge innovations, AF/SF interests, and commercial perspectives around milestone-driven projects that advance technology prototypes while engaging students and community members in the entrepreneurial discovery process. Hear about our first project proposals on Thursday and the announcement of our first project awardees on Friday!
- Take part in smaller group sessions on building the Hub community, including alignment with the Hub’s mission and vision, membership models, IP Frameworks, and workforce development. Your input here is invaluable as the Hub seeks to finalize and introduce a membership program Q1 2023
The Mid-Atlantic Hub has not reserved rooms for Annual Meeting attendees. Those attending the meeting will need to secure hotel accommodations. Fortunately, Ithaca provides several options nearby campus that include the following:

There are several parking options on campus and in College Town that can be accessed via the ParkMobile app; however, The Hub team recommends attendees use the Municipal Parking Garage located at 118 Dryden Road, Ithaca, NY 14850.
