Dr. Jason Holley oversees communications for the AFRL Regional Network – Mid-Atlantic, where he manages initiatives that elevate the visibility and impact of the Network’s innovations and collaborations. Dr. Holley brings a rich background in public relations and strategic communication, with extensive experience serving high-profile clients in technology, defense, and government sectors. Prior to his current role, he led communications efforts for several high-impact tech startups. He also served as the Director of Communications for a prominent defense lobbying firm in Washington D.C., and worked in the U.S. House of Representatives as part of Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers’s team. Dr. Holley holds a Ph.D. in communication from Cornell University and has secured notable media coverage in major outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Bloomberg.
