AFRL Regional Network — Mid-Atlantic Releases Q1 ‘25 Newsletter

The Q1 2025 newsletter spotlights continued momentum across the AFRL Regional Network – Mid-Atlantic, including the successful launch of a new submission portal for the Spring ‘25 funding cycle and the contracting of all Fall ‘24 projects in record time. With over 120 members now part of the Network, the update highlights growing engagement, preparations for upcoming Summer and Fall funding cycles, and RNMA’s sponsorship of the 2025 State of the Space Industrial Base Conference in Albuquerque, NM. This edition also features a project spotlight on REEgen, a Cornell spinout pioneering sustainable rare earth element extraction, and shares a farewell to Dr. David Jung, who is retiring after serving as Network and Programs Director.
